On April 4 I sold something through the auction, everything has been taken care of and I am now curious when I will receive the proceeds. Anyone have an idea?

I sold something myself 4 weeks ago and haven't seen any money yet. Also something that was paid on the 18th of April ... not a cent (from Catawiki).

In my opinion something needs to be done about the defaults. Catawiki may provide a better example in this regard.

I would like to mention here that after 3 weeks I received a neat email from Catawiki with the notification that payment had been made. Neatly with an invoice. All in all, I am satisfied with the handling, although the time frame requires some attention.

You will receive your money after at least 14 days after the buyer has paid

so before bade 1958 you will get your money on Wednesday

and yes I can do that too 1 week

Let me read ... I'm talking about it - not paying by others (and too late by Catawiki).

Communication by Catawiki is ok.

20 days to do about a payment really less ... just think how much it yields (all in all of course).

I have no insight into how actively people are chasing payments, That is only part of the responsibility of Catawiki; largely (90%?) of insufficiently serious customers.

in addition ..

For me it's about comics. Perhaps I will at some strip forums ask attention for not paying.

Well, today the 3rd Wednesday after payment. no crediting of a paid purchase.

Purchases of April 10 still not paid by buyer (s).

There are also several new objects as 'as offered' before the auction. Even those for weeks.

Can you imagine that I am starting to have questions?

Can you imagine starting to have questions?

Great to ask questions, but then put them to the right place. The email address of the auctioneers is known to each provider. A few weeks ago, an information email was sent to the authorized sellers regarding the procedure for paying out the sellers.

I did that!

But no answer (yet) received....

Shall we discuss this further outside the forum?

and coincidence or not: just saw an email message that a payment would be made.

The message appeared with me on June 13, 2013; "paid on June 12, 2013 by buyer".

Now it is June 29, 2013, the costs of transport of the auctioned object have been advanced (approximately 120 euros) and still have not received anything.

I hope it comes in soon..

@treinmeindert
I hope it will arrive soon ..

Two weeks after receipt of the payment by the buyer, Catawiki will prepare the invoice for the seller. The amount will then be paid out on the next Wednesday (so max 20 days). Catawiki also only receives its money from the PaymentProviders (iDeal, etc) after some time. However, the period is mainly built in because there are sometimes complaints from buyers about the lot not being received and / or damaged.

Why was my message deleted? You can still share your experiences about Catawiki on this forum. Or does Catawiki dislike criticism ...?

Surely I would like it if Catawiki does not immediately get into a cramp with every form of criticism. Don't we as catalog managers do it either? Do you really want to encourage an external Facebook page where everyone can speak freely about Catawiki? Oh no? Shouldn't you just be able to go here?

Catawiki is a very large bank (banks are also thieves) that prey on people like us and the buyers.

the interest they receive is not normal, and they are making fun of it. excuses, but waiting 3 weeks for your money is not really normal. but unfortunately I found out too late how catawiki really works,

it costs you money than it is delivered for 1 batch, it is favorable and that is catawiki, I am stupid that I work with it have gone.

my story will be deleted but then I will just put it back.

there is only 1 winner and those are the sellers and not Catawiki the bag fillers on the back of other.

Dennis is frustrated that he has not been able to fill his pocket.

I think, but I could be wrong.
