In the last few weeks, I have often had problems with buyers who do not pay for the lot I won. I saw that a collection process is started after 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I still haven't heard from Catawiki. I have sent a message and received the answer that they contact the buyer by telephone and e-mail but do not start a collection process.

How long does such a route take and will these buyers be excluded from auctions from now on?

I have also experienced a similar situation twice and after many emails to a potential buyer and to Catawiki, I also received minimal communication from Catawiki. Indicated that they should include this as an internal evaluation point but have not heard from it again. My judgment is very bad.

Besten,

Same for myself: a few lots were auctioned for mere amounts (2 and 5 euros), far below the effective value, and payment is delayed for weeks.

One does not get any further than a collection process has been started, lots remain unpaid.

As far as I am concerned, these unpaid lots can simply be withdrawn. I will sell them elsewhere at normal value ...

Goodbye

As long as you don't sell them elsewhere before Catawiki has given you permission to do so. That is important.

Obviously Arco, but I allude to the idea.

Starting up 2 collection processes for 2 and 5 euros on the other, seems to me taken by the hair.

Please contact Catawiki with me, whether both lots will be withdrawn for further processing

With regards
