Ik vermoed dat het een voorwaarde was bij de verzelfstandiging van LastDodo. 
Catawiki zit niet te wachten op een concurrent (met betere voorwaarden).

Ik bied hier dan ook geen duurdere exemplaren te koop in mijn shop, behalve die waar ik vroeger voor heb betaald om deze duurdere exemplaren te kunnen plaatsen. Dat is dus ook de reden waarom er geen zeldzame en/of duurdere exemplaren te koop staan in de shops. Mijn duurdere exemplaren bied ik te koop aan op andere zoekertjes-site's. Een gemiste kans voor de bezoekers van LastDodo, want niet iedereen heeft interesse om tegen elkaar op te bieden op de veiling van....

Ik blijf en vind het nog steeds een stomme regel. Die uit het niets is ontstaan toen door Catawiki is in gevoerd omdat ze inzagen dat de veilingen site veel meer geld in het laatje bracht. En de strips voor hun een beetje op een laag pitje kwam te staan. Dat is de reden ook dat LastDodo is ontstaan wederom een site voor de stripliefhebber. Persoonlijk vind ik dat, ik zelf mag bepalen wat ik voor een strip, poster  zeefdruk e.d. mag vragen het is de gek die het er voor wil betalen. Uiteindelijk hebben wij deze site groot gemaakt naar idee van Rene. Afschaffen die regel bij LastDodo laat de markt het zelf bepalen.

I stay and still think it's a stupid rule. Which came out of nowhere when it was introduced by Catawiki because they realized that the auction site brought in much more money. And the comics were kind of on the back burner for them. That is also the reason that LastDodo has once again been created as a site for the comic book enthusiast. Personally, I think that I can decide for myself what I can ask for a comic, poster, screen printing, etc. It is the madman who is willing to pay for it. In the end we made this site big according to Rene's idea. Abolishing that rule at LastDodo will let the market decide for itself.

Helaas op een gewone vraag krijg ik een st... antwoord. Het is toch zo dat de stripverzamelaar die iets zoekt zelf wel bepaalt wat die ervoor uit wil geven. nu wordt dat door LD bepaald.

Zoals eerder uitgelegd betekent de grens van € 75, dat er geen items te koop mogen worden aangeboden duurder dan € 75. Uiteraard wel met een lagere prijs. Hierover te discussiëren is niet productief.

As explained earlier, the limit of € 75 means that no items may be offered for sale more than € 75. Of course with a lower price. Discussing this is not productive.
