I have the App on my iPad and iPhone. When synchronizing, the App is suddenly completely empty. Normally the database is quite fast and loading images takes quite a while. But loading the database did not work at all and then suddenly everything was gone

Just restarted, after I uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
I get: refresh database. Nothing happens.
Then I get Sync successful, do you also want to download the large images? Y/N

I'm having the same problem, an empty database. Synchronization has been failing for a week with every time the message that the transfer has failed, which may be due to a bad (or interrupted) connection (or words to that effect). Removing and reinstalling does not help either.

I have a small synchronization problem with the LD app on my (Android) mobile.
I have made some changes to 3 items in the Model Railway section. The changes worked fine in the catalog, except for the title in my app, which still has the bit of deleted text in there.
I've synced it several times on different days, but the title won't sync. It concerns:
Lima 3145651 (FS removed from title)
GMR 4547377 (BR removed from title)
GMR 4547403 (BR removed from title)

Any idea how this is and is is there a solution?

Perhaps that the title will not be included when re-synchronizing.
We will start working on the app later this year, so no technical solution for now.
A work-in-progress arround solution: Remove the items from your collection first, sync. Then enter the items back into your collection and sync again.

I did another test with an adjustment of the title (instead of leaving something out) but even then the title is not synchronized.
I have performed the work around solution: after removing from the collection, synchronize, item re-enter and sync again: to my surprise, the old (incorrect) title returns. Somewhere (centrally or on my phone) is the old information stored or is it still in a cache somewhere?

At GMR I had 3 items; after removing 2 items from the collection and then synchronizing 1 (catalog item) remained, but the counter was still at 3. I have seen that before: if you synchronize again the day after, the counter is adjusted (so now to 1). Then the 2 items were added again and after synchronization I was shown the reintroduced items (counter at 3), but still with the wrong title in my app. The same workaround was also applied to a Lima item, but the incorrect title also returned.

I did 2 more tests on my mobile. I cleared the cache of the LastDodo app first; as a result, all thumbnail photos disappear but the texts remain. After syncing I cleared the data from the app. The result is that all photos and texts are gone. After synchronizing, the 3 items mentioned still had the wrong title. So the incorrect titles are stored somewhere in LD and not on my mobile.
