The overview of incoming orders has been updated:

In the desktop version you can immediately see what is in each order through the images, which you can also enlarge or call up all in a dropdown:




(on mobile the space is too small for this but you can see a compact overview of the orders in our new layout)

On desktop and mobile there is the button bulk actions with which you can combine, archive or change the status of several orders at once:




This button triggers the action bar at the bottom of the screen (just like adding bulk from the catalogue) :





If you click on an order, you will go to the new detail page of an order.
Prominent on this page is the visual overview indicating the status of the order:


There are now 6 statuses that can be activated: Pending, Invoice sent, Paid, Sent, Feedback received and the status Canceled if the process has to be stopped during the process.

Soon the "My Purchases" section on the buyer side will also be refreshed. There the status flow is displayed in a similar way.

There will also be 2 statuses on the side of the buyer and seller: "Payment made" and "Package received". The buyer can then activate these statuses so that the seller immediately has this information and can, for example, immediately check whether the payment is already in his account.

With each item in the order, some important catalog information is displayed (you can click through to the catalog item via the title of the item) and, if applicable, also the location indicated by the seller and the notes. The image of the item is its own photo or - if not your own photo - the catalog image. You can enlarge this image to see the other images.

You can now more easily deviate from your standard payment instructions on the invoice and possibly send a personal text.

Packing slip and invoice can be printed. The packing slip still contains the location data, if they were entered by the seller with the items.

We are aware that this is a big change for sellers and it will take you some time to get used to it.

Let us know if something seems to be going wrong in a particular browser or mobile device.
We've tested it - really good helped by some sellers and our regular tester user-1713548 - but will undoubtedly have missed some things.

Thanks for another new layout, but I have a remark: in the order overview the order number is pontifically at the top, while that is completely uninteresting for a seller. This number has not been published by him/her himself, so it is of no use to you at all. It is much better and much clearer to put the buyer at the top, that is much more useful to me as a seller. The old overview was much clearer there, too bad...

The order number is the unique identifier of an order. After all, a buyer can place multiple orders and is therefore not unique to one order.
The order numbers are therefore prominently featured everywhere: order overview, order detail page, the email you receive when an order comes in, the invoice, packing slip, etc.

But don't worry too much, because the The buyer is mentioned immediately next to the order number in the orders overview and on the orders detail page prominently at the top on the right-hand side where you can - handy - immediately click through to his or her profile page.

I know René, but I have multiple orders from the same buyer and the buyer is now in thin small letters under the big bold order number, why not turn around? For a seller, the  buyeris much more important than the order number...
Again the order number because it is issued by LD is only important for the key in LD's database...

I think bolding the buyer's username already helps, right? Morits
