Bij wijze van test (toevoegen en zien hoe het er uit komt) heb ik enkele Fiscale Zegels van België toegevoegd. Is echt wel een trieste huisvesting voor die zegels:
- 'Datum van uitgifte': geen maand en dag voorzien;
- 'Volgnummer in de serie': jammer van de plaats dat het veld inneemt, er wordt niks mee gedaan (probeer de items van een serie maar eens op die volgorde op een scherm te krijgen!);
- jammer dat ik de perforatie digitaal opmeet ... ik kon mij de moeite besparen.
Imho kon je die items beter laten verdwijnen ipv ze naar de rubriek 'Overig' te verbannen. Zo heeft niemand er iets aan. Leuk voor als je een zegeltje hebt, op de hoop wil gooien om de teller te laten aandikken, maar het niet kwijt kan in de rubriek postzegels. Ik heb geen grote kennis van de materie 'Fiscale Zegels', maar ik durf toch te beweren:
- een verzamelaar van Fiscale Zegels zie ik er niet door verleid worden;
- in die omstandigheden is verkoop / zoeken quasi onmogelijk.
Kunnen we het Voorwerp niet hernoemen naar 'Plaatjes van Fiscale Zegels'?
Is er niemand op LD die wat kaas gegeten heeft van Fiscale Zegels en er toch wat brood in ziet?
As a test (add and see how it turns out) I have added some Tax Stamps of Belgium. Is really a sad place to live for those stamps:
- 'Issue date': no month and day provided;
- 'Serial number in the series': shame about the place that the field takes, nothing is done with it (try the to get items from a series on a screen in that order!);
- pity I measured the perforation digitally ... I was able to save myself the trouble.
Imho it would be better to make those items disappear instead of banning them to the 'Other' section. That is of no use to anyone. Nice for when you have a stamp, want to throw it on the heap to increase the counter, but can't put it in the stamps section. I have no great knowledge of the subject 'Tax Stamps', but I dare to say:
- I don't see a collector of Tax Stamps being tempted by it;
- in those circumstances selling / searching is almost impossible.
Can't we rename the Item to 'Tax Stamps Pictures'?
Is there no one on LD who has eaten some cheese from Tax Stamps and still sees some bread in it?

Er moet wel één centraal iemand instaan voor coördinatie, en toezicht dat alles een beetje volgens de afspraken verloopt. En ook al ben je verantwoordelijk, je staan nooit alleen. Je kan altijd wel met iemand overleggen, vragen stellen en antwoorden krijgen.
En vooral: het is gene 'levenslang'. Je kan er aan beginnen, en ook stoppen.

Wees gerust dat ik die zoekfunctie gebruik! Maar soms zie je door het resultaat niet waar je echt moet zoeken. Er staan heel wat fiscale zegels tussen de gewone postzegels... en een hoofdrubriek 'fiscale zegels' is er niet. Dus heb ik een aantal minuten zoeken even gebruik gemaakt van het forum.

jogoAls je echte fiscale zegels in de rubriek Postzegels vindt:
in een leeg veld zet je dan 'VERKEERDE RUBRIEK -> OVERIG / Fiscale zegel'.
Een goede ziel op LD (lol) verplaatst die dan naar die plaats.
Maar soms is het opletten geblazen ... er zijn zegels die zowel fiscaal als postaal werden gebruikt. Vooral in 't Verenigd Koninkrijk en (ex-)gebieden.
Er mag dan nog wel 'tax' of 'revenue' op staan, ze horen ook in de Postzegelrubriek thuis.
India bv. heeft er talloze. vb: #1248761
Dezelfde zegels bestaan met opschrift 'India Postage' en 'India Postage & Revenue'. Beiden werden postaal gebruikt. Beiden horen in de postzegelrubriek. Ook deze met bijkomende opdruk (dienst).
Of de exemplaren met 'Revenue' dan ook nog eens in de rubriek 'Fiscale Zegels' moeten of mogen worden opgenomen ... Dat zal de toekomstige (afzonderlijke) rubriek, met zijn/haar toekomstige beheerder, moeten bepalen.
Off-topic:
Doet er mij aan denken dat we naast 'Groot-Brittannië' ook een land/gebied 'Verenigd Koninkrijk' hebben in de Postzegelrubriek. Sinds 2014 volgens de 'historie' van de 2 items die dat land rijk is? Eén cinderella en één FDC.
De cinderella is denk ik een label van een postzegel (en die plaatsen we niet op LD). De FDC lijkt mij een doublure van #3918529.
Aan de stats te zien zit er niemand op te wachten.
Ik denk dat die items al een heel verhaal (reis) achter de rug hebben.

in an empty field you put 'WRONG SECTION -> OTHER / Fiscal stamp'.
A good soul on LD (lol) then moves it to that place.
But sometimes you have to pay attention ... there are stamps that were used both fiscally and postally. Especially in the United Kingdom and (former) territories.
It may still say 'tax' or 'revenue', but they also belong in the Stamps section.
India, for example, has numerous. e.g.: #1248761
The same stamps exist with the inscription 'India Postage' and 'India Postage & Revenue'. Both were used postally. Both belong in the stamp section. Also this one with additional imprint (service).
Whether the copies with 'Revenue' must or may also be included in the section 'Tax Stamps' ... That will have to be determined by the future (separate) section, with its future administrator.

Reminds me that in addition to 'Great Britain' we also have a country/territory 'United Kingdom' in the Stamps section. Since 2014 according to the 'history' of the 2 items that country has? One cinderella and one FDC.

Zet die 2 items maar op GBR, dan kan Verenigd Koninkrijk vervallen bij Postzegels.

That's right, that was part of an effort to LD widely equalize the names of countries. But Stamps is also the exception here with Great Britain.
