- het maakt niet uit of ik de zegel postfris of gestempeld vind om te kopen. In de statistiek zie ik dat ik voor 9 items de verkeerde keuze heb staan in mijn zoeklijst. Voor die items zal ik nooit een bericht krijgen als er eentje gestempeld of ongebruikt nieuw wordt aangeboden. Tevens vallen die uit de boot bij de Matching als ik een shop bezoek;
- 3. Voor dit land heb ik er 171 zowel in shop als verzameling. Logisch, want ik bied enkel dubbele aan (ik ben geen verkoper, ik ben een verzamelaar). Echter het totaal in mijn shop is 176. Toch maar eens nakijken wat ik aanbiedt en niet zelf in verzameling heb staan. Wellicht vergeten aan te duiden;
- 2 items bied ik aan en staan ook in mijn zoeklijst? Oeps, zal ik vergeten af te vinken hebben. Vlug doen vooraleer ik in een volgende bestelling zegels koop die ik wel al heb;
- 4 items uit mijn verzameling zitten tevens in mijn zoeklijst. Zou kunnen: er kan in mijn verzameling een ongebruikt (beschadigd) exemplaar zitten waarvan ik toch liever een postfris of (onbeschadigd) gestempeld exemplaar zou willen hebben. Wellicht heb ik 4 voorlopige gaatjesvullers;
- 1 item zit in alle drie: Shop, Verzameling én zoeklijst. Daar is zeker iets mis mee.

Translate to EnglishTo gain some insight into your own shop - collection - search list, and to get an indication of data quality in your own lists on LD, next question for a development.
Also because not all statistics developments should only be for 'Shop' (sellers). LD is and still appears to be a platform by and for collectors .
Proposal:
---------
Via 'Options' you can now view 'Collectors'. Then you can see for yourself, and other collectors, the total number of items you have in your collection.
An additional option 'Own stats' could show a screen where that total number is a bit more detailed. The detail would benefit those collectors who occasionally make time for data quality. The more active you are (collecting, offering, searching, buying, selling, ...) the more chance you have of anomalies.
Example (visual design):
--------------------
1. via 'Options' an additional option 'Own stats'
2. With which a screen (new screen or pop-up, doesn't matter) is shown with data that gives a little more insight into your own Shop/Collection/List of Search:
Depending on the category, the number of possible conditions is different.
For the stamp section there are (now) 3: MNH - Unused - Canceled.
For the Cigar bands section there are 4: Mint condition - Good condition - Recut - Fair condition.
For Trading cards there are 3: Mint condition - Good condition - Reasonable condition.
Etc...
Discussion of this (fictitious) example:
-------------------------------------
For a stamp collector type 'Gaatjesvuller' (like me) such an overview would make a lot clear to me:

For a stamp collector type 'Gaatjesvuller' (like me) such an overview would make a lot clear to me:
- it doesn't matter if I find the stamp MNH or canceled to buy. In the statistics I see that I have the wrong choice for 9 items in my search list. For those items I will never get a message if one is offered new stamped or unused. They also fall by the wayside with the Matching when I visit a shop;
- for 65 items I could improve the quality of my collection (of this country/territory). After all: unused is synonymous with damaged (for example, the back, due to a sticker). Unused is the least desirable condition for a collector.
- 3. For this country I have 171 both in shop and collection. Logical, because I only offer duplicates (I'm not a seller, I'm a collector). However, the total in my shop is 176. Just check what I offer and don't have in my collection myself. Maybe forgot to indicate;
- 2 items do I offer and are also in my wish list? Oops, I must have forgotten to check off. Do it quickly before I buy stamps in a next order that I already have;
- 4 items from my collection are also in my wish list. Could be: there may be an unused (damaged) copy in my collection of which I would rather have a MNH or (undamaged) stamped copy. I may have 4 provisional cavity fillers;
- 1 item is in all three: Shop, Collection and wishlist. There's definitely something wrong with that.
Does this seem like something that can be foreseen?
May possibly be extended with a second part, which would relate to the total of the country on LD, for that section.
Total number of items in the category (possibly broken down by type ...), number of collectors who offer the item in the =/= conditions, number of collectors who own the item in the =/= conditions, ...
It can give you insights.
For the more serious collector, who doesn't mind paying the small VIP fee (if the return is good enough).

Translate to EnglishA combined overview of your Collection, Shop and Wishlist, seems to me especially useful for the larger (in number) collectors.
I would like to see the link myself under your avatar "My overview" or something like that
Another thing is whether this is suitable for every category. For example, I am thinking of the many reprints of Books and Comics, most people will only care whether they have a first or a reprint.

FDC ...
ook in andere rubrieken:
-> Trading cards, in deelgebied Spellen/Series, bv. 'Disney':
-> Boeken, in deelgebied boekenreeks, bv. Vlaamse Filmpjes
enz ...

Translate to EnglishNo, not via avatar, then it is again a generic general top overview.
Per sub-area (collection area), as it is now provided for only the totals. A more advanced detail to allow the collector what I described as an example under points 1-6. I can easily describe another 20 or so. But with those 6 alone...
Insight into your own collection, taking advantage of the already present interface (for the total), but in detail.
I can't explain it any simpler.
This can be for example in the Stamps section for sub-area Country/area, for a specific country (as in the example 'visual design)
or in that section under Sub-area Species, e.g. FDC ...
also in other sections:
-> Trading cards, in the Games/Series sub-area, e.g. 'Disney':
-> Books, in sub-area book series, eg Flemish Movies
etc...
One development, which also enjoys (benefits) from the already existing selection/filter interface. Unlocked with one more option in the 'Options' drop-down menu.
