Raoul62 Catawiki heeft in elk geval geen exclusief copyright, dat blijft bij de maker van de foto's. Als de verkoper ze uit de catalogus van de fabrikant heeft, dan kan dat een inbreuk op diens rechten zijn (en dat is ook op CW verboden). Als het eigen foto's zijn kan de fotograaf de koper het recht verlenen om de foto's te gebruiken in deze catalogus. Ik zie in zo'n geval geen juridisch of moreel bezwaar.
TomVerschelde Wat zie jij als koper het liefst: een perfect gephotoshopt plaatje met twintig filters er overheen, of een realistische foto waarop je precies kunt zien wat je koopt, inclusief alle imperfecties?! Ik weet niet waarom je nieuwe afbeeldingen niet te zien zijn, maar ik vind ze nogal "onecht" ogen, vooral die schaduwen (en de witte auto heeft een lekke voorband). Voor mij (en voor LD) heeft een minder mooie foto van het echte object altijd de voorkeur boven een "mooi" plaatje. Artikel 5.1 van het Handboek legt ook precies uit waarom die regel er is. (Trefwoord: Betrouwbaarheid.) Het is min of meer toeval dat jij nu onder vuur ligt, dat is niet persoonlijk bedoeld, want je bent niet de enige die het doet. Maar dat het beleid niet voor 100% gehandhaafd wordt is geen argument waarmee je jezelf vrij kunt pleiten.

I don't know why your new images aren't showing, but I think they look a bit "fake", especially those shadows (and the white car has a flat front tire). For me (and for LD) a less beautiful picture of the real object is always preferable to a "nice" picture. Article 5.1 of the Handbook also explains exactly why this rule exists. (Keyword: Reliability.) It's more or less a coincidence that you're under fire now, that's not meant personally, because you're not the only one doing it. But the fact that the policy is not 100% enforced is not an argument with which you can exonerate yourself.

TomVerschelde Van de postzegelrubriek, op enkele uitzonderlijk nog niet gedetecteerde gevallen na, mag gezegd worden dat het altijd eigen afbeeldingen zijn. Da's dan 17% ... en rest er nog enkel 3% echte afbeeldingen in alle andere rubrieken samen. Waar bevinden zich dan die 167.300 echte afbeeldingen ... Stel bij de sigarenbandjes ... dan is daar volgens jou bovennatuurlijke ingeving minimum 2/3 (67 % om correct te zijn) een gepikte afbeelding? En ... dan is er geen enkele afbeelding in de stripsrubriek die echt zelf gemaakt is? Sterk met cijfers? 1+1 kent iedereen. Iedereen is, tot een zekere leeftijd, sterk met cijfers lol. Gewoon goed met cijfers? Mijn cijfers kunnen dat toch niet bevestigen.
