Klant heeft in bestelling van meerdere items er 2 bij aantal staan, maar hoeft er maar 1 te hebben..
Als er 2 keer hetzelfde item (los) wordt besteld kan je die verwijderen.
Bij direct 2 (of meer denk ik) te bestellen, kan je het aantal (op dit moment) niet terugzetten naar 1. Je kan alleen het gehele item verwijderen.
Dit is niet echt handig.
Want klant wil er wel degelijk 1 hebben, maar ik kan ze niet los maken uit de bestelling OF ik moet ze weer in de catalogus gaan invoeren...

DirkDHet is niet mogelijk om het aantal van de bestelling te veranderen.
Je kunt het beste de orderregel met het te hoge aantal gaan annuleren en de items weer (automatisch) terug zetten in je shop. vervolgens vraag je de koper om alsnog dat item weer te bestellen met een nieuwe bestelling. Daarna kun je die 2 bestellingen combineren tot 1 bestelling.

DirkDDat klopt. Een andere opties is dat je de bestelling door laat gaan, inclusief een korting ter hoogte van de waarde van het dubbele item.
Daarna zelf het item weer toevoegen aan je shop.
