When ordering multiple items, the customer has 2 in the quantity, but only needs 1.
If the same item is ordered twice (separately), you can delete it.
If you immediately order 2 (or more I think), you cannot reset the quantity to 1 (at this time). You can only delete the entire item.

This is not really useful.
Because the customer really wants one, but I cannot remove them from the order OR I have to enter them again in the catalog...

It is not possible to change the quantity of the order.
It is best to cancel the order line with the excessive quantity and (automatically) put the items back in your shop. you then ask the buyer to order that item again with a new order. You can then combine those 2 orders into 1 order.

@Collecteur: that's not really a user-friendly solution, but if that's the only possible solution...

That's right. Another option is to continue the order, including a discount equal to the value of the duplicate item.
Then add the item back to your shop yourself.

unfortunately it is not 1, but 5 items...
But I think this is the best solution. (and add 5 again)
