I would like to make my search list visible, now this function is closed for everyone. I would like to be able to put a checkmark just like collection private or not ...

I was also just looking for a way to make my wish list a wish list for outsiders ...

I also posted it once in June, because now I too would like to have my search list visible to others. Indeed with a check mark, so you have to set this active to "on".

Ik zou ook graag hebben dat de zoeklijst zichtbaar is voor vrienden en familie, ze vragen altijd kerstlijstjes of verjaardagscadeau tips en als ik ze dan een excell sheet doorstuur (dmv export) snappen ze er geen snars van of ze krijgen hem niet eens open.

Zo moeilijk kan dat nu toch niet zijn om dat effe te fixen?

I would also like the search list to be visible to friends and family, they always ask for Christmas lists or birthday gift tips and when I send them an excel sheet (via export) they don't understand it or they can't even open it.

It can't be that hard to fix it now, can it?

I will talk to Marco about the search list for a while. The point is that it was initially open and there was a lot of criticism. That's why we closed it at the time. We still want to get started with making a friends list. It is an idea to be able to open your search list and collection to your friends in a targeted manner. I'll get back to you.

Well I like the idea with the tick otherwise better, because if you are going to work with a friends list then all the people you want to show it to should create an account before you can add them as a friend. If I have to explain that to their parents or something, they also say 'never mind'. if you implement something like this, you can set the search list to not visible by default until you tick the check mark in your profile options

With the wish lists for the coming months in mind, I would like to point out again that I would like to see the possibility for the wish lists to make them visible, by actively choosing this.

I can see it's already an old topic, but I would still like to make my wish list available to friends so it can be a wish list.

Opening it up to everyone is indeed not a good idea, but for example, putting a question (of your own choice) as access to your list works fine (see alsolijstje.nl). Such a question could be, for example, "What sport likes best", "What is my son's name" or "What is my wife's maiden name".

This is a recurring wish in the forum.

Why would you only want to limit this to your "friends". Why not just leave the responsibility with each individual user whether or not they want to open their search list. You can also make an option: "only" for friends.

You could also add the option that only parts or individual items of a search list can be made visible by checking the box.

The 'friends' option doesn't exist in CW, so they should create it first.

I'm here too. Also have acquaintances and friends who occasionally visit fairs or flea markets and wonder if they can do something for me. And I'm not even talking about birthday, Sinterklaas, Christmas, etc. ;-)

De twee opties: zichtbaar of on-zichtbaar is voldoende. De andere vriednenoptie vraagt meer aanpassingen omdat CW geen vrienden functie heeft. Ik stel voor niet te wachten op die vriendenfunctie.

Ik zal hem ook inbrengen in het overleg van de Beheerders postzegels BCpostzegels en als die daar gedragen wordt (weer) voorleggen aan CW.

Gebruikers, maar ook de andere verzamelgroepen Beheerders wat vinden jullie?

The two options: visible or invisible are sufficient. The other friend option requires more customization because CW does not have a friend feature. I suggest not waiting for that friends feature.

Within the BCPostzegels we also have the space as Administrators to talk about user functionalities to which shops, search functions belong, among other things. From that body we can again bring matters to the attention of CW. And the more ways that this happens, the better.
