Na lang bovenaan bij de suggesties voor nieuwe rubrieken te hebben gestaan, is recent de rubriek “Flippo’s en Caps” aangemaakt.

Alle flippo’s en caps staan nu bij elkaar in 1 rubriek, en het aantal caps op Catawiki is binnen een week al meer dan verdubbeld.

Deze rubriek wordt beheerd door Frejo, die er nu al iets heel moois van aan het maken is.

After being at the top of the suggestions for new categories for a long time, the section “ Flippo's and Caps ” has recently been created.

All flippos and caps are now grouped together in 1 section, and the number of caps on Catawiki has more than doubled within a week.

This section is managed by Frejo , who is already making something very beautiful out of it.

It is not my credit, because I am only an administrator because of the start-up period. (to merge some things after transferring and stuff)
It's been on the to-do list for a while now that I'm going to retire from the flippos, because Frejo and Ted are doing fine.

The two of them have really made something beautiful out of it.

At first I didn't know what Pogs and Caps were, I thought they were just special Flippos, but now I know. Background information should also be placed there. That's also nice for people like me who every so often just browse through CataWiki about what can be collected.

Ik verzamel pas vanaf 1996, en heb er wereldwijd zo'n 1 miljoen verschillende genummerde caps/pogs/tazos

De afbeeldingen die hier op catawiki staan zijn "te simpel" voor mij.  Ik heb meer dan 40 miljoen dubbelen wereldwijd.

Ik zoek bijvoorbeeld nog vele uit : Korea, Indonesie, Turkije, Rusland etc.

Trouwens : caps/pogs/tazos komen tot op heden nog steeds uit.   Voorbeeld : verleden jaar is er nog een serie Croky Caps uitgekomen in Belgie, Phineas & Ferb Caps in Duitsland. Nu nog komen ze uit in Mexico om de paar maanden een andere serie, nu hebben ze een serie van Angry Birds (kijk maar op www.sabritas.com.mx)

The images that are here on catawiki are "too simple" for me. I have over 40 million duplicates worldwide.

For example, I am still looking for many: Korea, Indonesia, Turkey, Russia, etc.

By the way : caps/pogs/tazos are still coming out today. Example : last year a series of Croky Caps was released in Belgium, Phineas & Ferb Caps in Germany. Now they come out in Mexico every few months a different series, now they have a series of Angry Birds (look at www.sabritas.com.mx )

Yes, that's just like with comics that come out in series, only in larger quantities;)! New items are always added. Whoever invented this system of flippos or other types of discs must be very rich, because it is used very often.

If you come across bad images on CataWiki, replace them with your own images, right? Or don't you mean that by simple?

If a flippo / cap / pog / tazo is not listed, then it is nice to add it to the CataWiki Catalog! This way, other collectors can also see what exists and what they still have to put on their wish list. That is the whole principle of CataWiki: an online Catalog of existing items maintained by collectors.

It is quite a job (if you do it often, you will find that not too bad and maybe also fun and / or satisfactory), but then you have your collection at CataWiki. Also keep in mind that CataWiki is not an ad site for the missing items from your collection. The rest does not go to all that trouble for that either! And who knows, when people see what you collect and what you are looking for, they might come up with exchange or purchase proposals. Filling in your profile description also helps a lot.

I also signed up here today, and see that there is a Flippo POG's section.

Now in the time of Smits craze I also have the countless other flippo's tazo's pog's collected. now I think what to do with it ...

Because it is now only in the closet, but the 24 Game flippos have always had my attention. Is there anyone here who has a list of which 1, 2 and 3 punts were all there? and whether you should start looking at 24Game at the top and then clockwise?

Alle tot nu bekende Nederlandse  24 Game flippo's (160 stuks) zijn ingevoerd in Catawiki. De subreeks loopt van 291 t/m 315 dus 25 flippo's waarvan ieder 6 of 7 variaties heeft.

All known Dutch 24 Game flippos (160 pieces) have been entered in Catawiki. The subseries runs from 291 to 315, so 25 flippos, each of which has 6 or 7 variations.
