6 weeks ago I sold several lots, and still have not received any money, I did receive the confirmation email, everything neatly sent got a big thumbs up from the recipient but still nothing from Catawiki? Mail sent via contact form still nothing after a week and a half? What can I do about this, I don't think this is possible.

mine was auctioned a lot on 11 - 02 and the buyer pays on 16 - 02 it is clearly said after 20 days catawiki pays out now there is already a second lot overdue I contacted a good week ago via contact form and auctioneers with the message we try to answer within 2 days but still have not received a reply and again no payment today what is going on here? that is clearly a violation of agreements, 73 lots have been paid out correctly so far but my most expensive items had yet to come but only when I see the payout appear or else I will turn my back on Catawiki and go back to the traditional auctions and I really do not find it possible not to answer that is just leave the seller in the dark while it is my property !!!!!!

Everyone is free to decide at which auction they feel best, I am satisfied with Catawiki, payments are not coming out correctly but you know you will get it, so no problem for me. nothing on, lol
