I've noticed that professional sellers are slipping when it comes to orders. Lastdodo has done its best to offer a variety of quality options, but "mint condition" is truly "mint condition," and a name or inscription in an album should definitely be mentioned. If the seller notices a defect during an order, you'd expect a notification before the invoice is sent or the albums are mailed. This is also to avoid disputes after receipt. I, for one, am a buyer who, even if a full refund is offered, doesn't enjoy going to the post office to return something. Even with our former partner Catawiki, I see overly enthusiastic quality statements in comic lots. It strikes me as odd that experts approve some lots with worn-out albums. Just because you don't bid on them based on the photos isn't an argument. It makes the offer look poor and doesn't promote the comics industry. It's like the seller hoping to get a price for albums that are essentially unsellable in a store. On the other hand, they're selling, aren't they?
