The seals still say

Shouldn't that be adjusted to 1,000?

Good point. That was adjusted a while ago for Stamps. It makes sense to continue the same approach for Closing Stamps. Jummeke and thisismyalias Do you agree? Same question for Fiscal Stamps...

thisismyalias tomdejong Jummeke Collectioneur Helv

The question below also applies to the stamps - Is the correction done from the system or does this have to be done manually one by one - If the latter is the case, is it then possible to "temporarily" sort by circulation to see where the error occurred?

The Fiscal Stamps section does not have a "Circulation" field.

nlae
A filter on the left side by Circulation seems more useful to me in this case than a sorting by Circulation.

Meant the same but said it wrong

The corrections have to be done manually, but I can easily provide a spreadsheet-like overview of all the currently incorrect items (including a link). I've already provided similar overviews to Jummeke for his cleanup. I'll adjust the entry instructions for Closing Stamps (as per Postzegels) and send a list of errors to thisismyalias. This isn't an issue for Fiscal Stamps, as Collectioneur indicated.

tomdejong Jummeke - Can you send me an overview of Denmark's July stamps? - If there's something wrong there, I probably did it myself.

nlae There are 147 Danish Jul stamps without a separator in the mintage where one should be present (according to the new instructions), and only one stamp where a genuine error was made in the mintage data. An overview is included in the email. Note that the column with item numbers has a link to the catalog.

tomdejong Received and will get started - I will correct everything per location - I have noticed an input error - In my profile I can keep track of how many corrections have been made - When I think I'm ready, I'll give you a signal.

thisismyalias It's not worth sending a list, because there are only 44 seals with a mintage, and all but one are already correct (even for quantities < 10,000). The only one that would need to be adjusted under the new rule is #10073251 .

The instructions for filling out seals have been updated. There was also another issue, however, because the Dutch instructions used '.' as the separator, except for 1000 (i.e., < 10,000). However, the English version used ',' as the separator. While this is the convention in English-speaking countries, it's not correct because "Oplage" (Quantity) isn't a translation field. The format must therefore be the same in all language versions (this could be solved with a language-specific input template). To make matters worse, the French version used a space as the separator between thousands, and the German version already used it as it is now everywhere (always with a '.' as the separator).

Thanks tomdejong : I have also adjusted the individual closing stamps in the meantime.
It's true that the "circulation" field is missing for revenue stamps. I wouldn't immediately add it because, based on what I've been able to determine in paper catalogs, little to nothing is known about the circulation of these stamps.
