Goed punt. Dat is een tijdje geleden aangepast bij Postzegels. Ligt voor de hand om bij Sluitzegels dezelfde lijn door te trekken. Jummeke en thisismyalias Zijn jullie het daarmee eens? Zelfde vraag dan maar meteen voor Fiscale zegels...

Good point. That was adjusted a while ago for Stamps. It makes sense to continue the same approach for Closing Stamps. Jummeke and thisismyalias Do you agree? Same question for Fiscal Stamps...

Onderstaande vraag geldt ook voor de postzegels - Wordt de correctie vanuit het systeem gedaan of moet dat stuk voor stuk handmatig gebeuren - Als dat laatste het geval is is het dan mogelijk om "tijdelijk "op oplage te kunen sorteren om te zien waar het fout is gegaan ?

De correcties moeten met de hand gedaan worden, maar ik kan vrij eenvoudig een overzicht opleveren (in de vorm van een spreadsheet) met alle items waar het nu verkeerd staat (incl. link er naartoe). Dergelijke overzichten heb ik al eerder aan Jummeke geleverd voor z'n opschoonwerk. Ik zal bij Sluitzegels de invulinstructie aanpassen (conform Postzegels) en een overzicht van 'fouten' aan thisismyalias sturen. Bij Fiscale zegels is dit dus niet aan de orde, zoals Collectioneur aangaf.  

The corrections have to be done manually, but I can easily provide a spreadsheet-like overview of all the currently incorrect items (including a link). I've already provided similar overviews to Jummeke for his cleanup. I'll adjust the entry instructions for Closing Stamps (as per Postzegels) and send a list of errors to thisismyalias. This isn't an issue for Fiscal Stamps, as Collectioneur indicated.

nlae Er zijn 147 Deense Julzegels zonder scheidingspunt in de oplage waar die er wel zou moeten zijn (volgens de nieuwe instructies) en maar één zegel waar echt een invoerfout is gemaakt bij oplage. Overzicht staat in de mail. Let op dat de kolom met itemnummers een link heeft naar de catalogus.

thisismyalias Het is de moeite niet om een overzicht te sturen, want er zijn maar 44 sluitzegels met een oplage en die staan op één na allemaal al goed (ook voor aantallen < 10.000). De enige die volgens de nieuwe regel aangepast zou moeten worden is #10073251. 

thisismyalias It's not worth sending a list, because there are only 44 seals with a mintage, and all but one are already correct (even for quantities < 10,000). The only one that would need to be adjusted under the new rule is #10073251 .

Invulinstructie voor Sluitzegels is aangepast. Er was overigens nog iets anders aan de hand, want in de Nederlandse invulinstructie stond '.' als scheidingsteken, behalve voor 1000 (d.w.z. < 10.000). In de Engelse stond echter ',' als scheidingsteken. Dat is weliswaar de conventie in Engelssprekende landen, maar gaat niet goed omdat Oplage geen veld met vertalingen is. Het formaat moet dus in alle taalversies gelijk zijn (dat zou op te lossen zijn met een taalafhankelijk invoertemplate). Om het nog wilder te maken stond in de Franse versie een spatie als scheidingsteken tussen duizendvouden en in de Duitse versie stond het al zoals het nu overal geworden is (dus met altijd een '.' als scheiding).  

The instructions for filling out seals have been updated. There was also another issue, however, because the Dutch instructions used '.' as the separator, except for 1000 (i.e., < 10,000). However, the English version used ',' as the separator. While this is the convention in English-speaking countries, it's not correct because "Oplage" (Quantity) isn't a translation field. The format must therefore be the same in all language versions (this could be solved with a language-specific input template). To make matters worse, the French version used a space as the separator between thousands, and the German version already used it as it is now everywhere (always with a '.' as the separator).

Bedankt tomdejong : ik heb de enkeling bij sluitzegels intussen ook aangepast. 
Het klopt inderdaad dat bij de fiscale zegels het veld oplage ontbreekt. Ik zou het veld ook niet meteen toevoegen omdat er - op basis van wat ik heb kunnen vaststellen in papieren catalogi - ook weinig tot niets over de oplage van deze zegels gekend is.

It's true that the "circulation" field is missing for revenue stamps. I wouldn't immediately add it because, based on what I've been able to determine in paper catalogs, little to nothing is known about the circulation of these stamps.
