Yes, just... Unfortunately, not everyone is very good with computers.
I sifted through my spam folder and found absolutely nothing from LD there.
The next step is:
Outlook | Settings → Junk Email → Safe Senders | Add lastdodo.com
Unfortunately, my spam folder does not contain anything like safe senders; at least, I cannot find it, and therefore I cannot resolve the issue.

I also have Outlook; you can add safe senders in the following way:
If you have Outlook open, you will see a small gear in the upper right corner.

Click on that

Click on Email

Then click on Junk mail, scroll down a bit, and then you see:

Click on Safe sender and add domains, enter the domain Lastdodo.com, then click OK, and then Save.
Success.

I was able to find this. As you suggested, I added lastdodo.com and... the red bar remains. Even after I restarted the PC.
Upon checking, lastdodo.com is no longer in the (modified) list. I think this is because, unlike a normal email address, it has an @.
But I only have lastdodo.com

Lately, I haven't been receiving email either, but instead this nice red block appears on the screen.
I use my provider's webmail, but there are no settings to configure.

I receive this info from the provider:
Sometimes the advanced spam filter blocks messages that are actually intended for you. In almost all cases, the sending mail server (usually that of the sender's internet provider) is then on one of the blacklists used by the advanced spam filter.

The sender receives a bounce notification stating that the email has been held ('blocked by') with the reason (for example; blocked by Barracuda Reputation or Blocked by dnsbl.njabl.org)

The sender must forward this bounce email to their own provider so that they can prevent abuse of their mail server and be removed from the blacklist. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything in these types of situations. That is the responsibility of the sender (and their provider).
