LEGO/New LEGO section9 messages

Het is sommigen misschien al opgevallen dat sinds kort een nieuwe rubriek LEGO zichtbaar is in het overzicht. In nauw overleg met Collectioneur, de beheerder van de rubriek Speelgoed, krijgen LEGO-producten hun eigen verzamelrubriek. Aanleiding hiervoor is de specifieke groep verzamelaars van deze producten, met een sterk internationaal karakter, die zo meer doelgerichte aandacht kan krijgen.

Vanzelfsprekend worden vermeldingen in verzamelingen, zoeklijsten en shops meeverhuisd naar de nieuwe rubriek. Ook alle relevante catalogusinformatie wordt overgenomen. In eerste instantie is de opzet erop gericht om gegevens 1-op-1 over te nemen uit de rubriek Speelgoed. Zodra de migratie van items uit Speelgoed een feit is, kunnen we kijken welke verbeteringen nog aan te brengen zijn om de nieuwe rubriek LEGO optimaal in te zetten voor verzamelaars.

De migratie zal enige tijd duren, dus er zal korte tijd een situatie zijn waarin een deel van de LEGO-producten nog in Speelgoed staat, terwijl andere items al naar LEGO zijn verhuisd, Reacties op deze verhuizing graag via het forum of door een direct bericht aan tomdejong of Collectioneur.

Some of you may have already noticed that a new LEGO section has recently become visible in the overview. In close consultation with Collectioneur, the administrator of the Toys section, LEGO products are getting their own collectors' category. The reason for this is the specific group of collectors of these products, which has a strong international character and can thus receive more targeted attention.

Naturally, entries in collections, watchlists, and shops will be moved to the new category. All relevant catalog information will also be transferred. Initially, the plan is to transfer data 1-to-1 from the Toys category. As soon as the migration of items from Toys is complete, we can assess what improvements can still be made to make optimal use of the new LEGO category for collectors.

The migration will take some time, so there will be a brief period where some LEGO products are still in Toys, while other items have already moved to LEGO. Please provide feedback on this move via the forum or by sending a direct message to tomdejong or Collectioneur.

Is dat tijdelijk of definitief?
Tot de 'migratie' is afgelopen?

Dat filter is toegevoegd aan alle rubrieken.
Is zichtbaar als er wordt geklikt op: Alle nieuwe items, zoals hier bij Modelauto's.

That filter has been added to all categories.
Is visible when clicking on: All new items , as here with Model cars .

Bij mij niet zichtbaar...
Ik klik op Lego, dan op 'Alle nieuwe items'. Enn dan krijg je kinks ook een filter 'Ingebracht door' te zien.
Ik klik daarna op Modelauto's en vervolgens op 'Alle nieuwe items'. 
Geen filter 'Ingebracht door' te zien'...
Of komt dat er nu nog maar 64 items in de nieuwe LEGO-rubriek staan?

I click on Lego, then on 'All new items'. And then you also get to see a filter 'Contributed by'.
I then click on Model cars and then on 'All new items'.
No 'Submitted by' filter visible...
Or is it that there are now only 64 items left in the new LEGO section?

Ja via rechtsboven te klikken kan ik wel gaan zoeken op 'Recent ingevoerd'.
Maar nu bij Lego staat dus links 'Ingevoerd door'.
Wat toch niet hetzelfde is als 'Recent ingevoerd'.
Ik kan bij Modelauto's niet zoeken op 'Ingevoerd door'; bij Lego gaat dat dus wel...

Yes, by clicking at the top right, I can search for 'Recently entered'.
But now at Lego, it says 'Entered by' on the left.
Which is not the same as 'Recently introduced'.
I cannot search by 'Entered by' in Model Cars; with Lego, however, it does work...

Zien ook andere mensen, als ze op link Modelauto's klikken, linksonder geen filter: Ingevoerd door ?

Do other people also see, when they click on the Model cars link, no filter in the bottom left: Entered by ?

Waarschijnlijk was ik even 'verdoofd, er mijn mijn gedachten niet bij'.
Want nu ziek ik het dus wel...

Gelukkig, dat is ook weer rechtgezet. 

Het was zeker niet de bedoeling dat er nog maar 64 items in de nieuwe LEGO-rubriek zouden staan. Die eerste reeks heb ik gemigreerd als test en daaruit bleek dat er nog het één en ander misgaat bij de migratie van waarden (zie bijv. thema Iron Man dat twee keer voorkomt) en de weergave van filters in de linkerkantlijn. Ons ontwikkelteam moet eerst deze issues oplossen voordat we de ruim 8.000 overige LEGO-items gaan migreren naar de nieuwe rubriek. Excuses voor de vertraging.

It was certainly not our intention to have only 64 items in the new LEGO category. I migrated that first batch as a test, and it turned out that there are still some issues with the migration of values (see, for example, the Iron Man theme appearing twice) and the display of filters in the left sidebar. Our development team must resolve these issues first before we migrate the more than 8,000 remaining LEGO items to the new category. Apologies for the delay.
