Materiaal staat alvast genoteerd. Ik wacht nog even wat er verder naar boven komt (met DeBijzaak als scherprechter). Ik voeg nieuwe veld(en) toe zodra onderzocht is of er een verband is met het indexprobleem dat leek te ontstaan na toevoegen van Land (hoewel daarbij op zichzelf niets mis ging). 

Materials are already listed. I'll wait and see what else emerges (with DeBijzaak as the judge). I'll add new field(s) once I've investigated whether there's a connection to the index problem that seemed to arise after adding Land (although nothing wrong happened with that).

Misschien nog een veld Thema ?

Ik ga volgende week eens naar die Markclips rubriek. Wat er eventueel over moet.
Dan ga ik ook door de hele rubriek boekenleggers. Dwz snel verbeteren wat kan, de nieuwe landen tabel doorwandelen en verbeteringen of vertalingen goed zetten, nieuwe erbij. Etc.

Materiaal is ook een goed idee. Heb ze al gezien inderdaad van papier, leer, plastic. Zelf een glazen, maar of dat handig is. :)
De extra kenmerken zoals touwtje of magnetisch kunnen beter in het vrije tekstveld, denk ik. Mocht het ooit nodig zijn, dan kunnen we dat altijd nog veranderen. Dat zijn er volgens mij niet zo erg veel.

En in dit geval is het “beheerbaar”, gezien de eerdere vraag.
Moest het zelf ook even opzoeken. :P 
Beheersbaar betekent meer onder controle houden. Beheerbaar iets wat je kan verbeteren en/of wijzigen.
Weer wat geleerd vandaag.

I'll check out that Markclips column next week. I'll see what might be relevant.
Then I'll also go through the entire bookmarks section. That means quickly improving anything I can, going through the new country table and correcting any improvements or translations, adding new ones, etc.

Material is also a good idea. I've seen them made of paper, leather, and plastic. I have glass ones myself, but I doubt that's practical. :)
I think the extra features like string or magnet would be better placed in the free text field. If it's ever necessary, we can always change that. I don't think there are that many.

And in this case it is “manageable,” given the earlier question.
Had to look it up myself. :P
Manageable means more controllable. Manageable means something you can improve and/or change.
Learned something new today.

DeBijzaak wil je ook eens kijken in de rubriek Markclips en dan de Plastic clips. Daar staan items tussen die volgens mij eigenlijk boekenleggers zijn.

Wat extra velden betreft: misschien is vermelding van het Materiaal nog nuttig. De meeste zijn van papier, maar textiel, leder, plastic of metaal komt ook af en toe voor.
Er zijn ook heel wat magnetische boekenleggers, maar ik weet niet of je dat een materiaal kunt noemen. Het is meer een extra kenmerk, net zoals een touwtje aan de boekenlegger.

Misschien kan het synoniem “bladwijzers” worden toegevoegd als naamvariant (of alias) van de rubriek, zodat alles ook op die zoekterm te vinden is.
De meer gebruikelijke Franse benaming is trouwens Marque-pages.

Regarding additional fields, it might be helpful to specify the Material . Most are paper, but textile, leather, plastic, or metal are also occasionally used.
There are also quite a few magnetic bookmarks, but I don't know if you can call that a material. It's more of an added feature, like a string attached to the bookmark.

Perhaps the synonym “bookmarks” could be added as a name variant (or alias) of the category, so that everything can also be found using that search term.
By the way, the more common French name is Marque-pages .

stripspeldjes Er is opnieuw geïndexeerd (vandaar geen foutmelding meer), maar er gaat blijkbaar iets nog niet helemaal lekker (in ieder geval m.b.t. 'Niet ingevuld'). Daar wordt z.s.m. naar gekeken.

Jummeke Kies een willekeurige boekenlegger en je hebt meer dan 99% kans dat er nog geen land bij staat.
In principe zouden ze onder Niet ingevuld moeten staan, maar blijkbaar zijn ze nog niet geïndexeerd.

In principle they should be under Not filled in, but apparently they have not been indexed yet.

Er gaat iets mis met het verzamelgebied Landen. Je kunt geen enkel land selecteren.
En de zoekfunctie werkt ook niet meer in deze rubriek.

There's an error with the Countries collection area. You can't select any countries.
And the search function no longer works in this section.

Met dank aan Collectioneur, nog even een toelichting. Het systeem weigert om België (met trema op de e) toe te voegen als Belgïe (met trema op de i) al bestaat. Dit komt omdat het de teksten bij invoer vergelijkt zonder bijzondere tekens en ze dus als dezelfde tekst beschouwt. Daarom is een dergelijke aanpassing alleen door een beheerder van de rubriek te doen (DeBijzaak had dat ook kunnen doen). 

Thanks to Collectioneur, just a quick clarification. The system refuses to add "Belgium" (with an umlaut on the e) if "België" (with an umlaut on the i) already exists. This is because it compares the texts entered without special characters and therefore considers them the same. Therefore, such an adjustment can only be made by a section administrator (DeBijzaak could have done that as well).

Er is een verzoek (met enige prio) om bij 10 rubrieken het veld Land, zodanig om te bouwen dat het een beheersbaar veld gaat worden. Met behoud van de al ingevulde data. De rubriek Speldjes behoort ook daartoe.

There's a request (with some priority) to redesign the Country field in 10 categories to make it more manageable, while retaining the data already entered. The Pins category is also included in this request.

Dan kan ik in het komende jaar alle Landen eens gaan opschonen.

DeBijzaak Ik heb het veld Land toegevoegd aan de rubriek Boekenleggers. Dat is een optioneel veld, waarbij je de waarde moet kiezen uit een lijst (of een nieuwe waarde kunt toevoegen aan de lijst). Ik heb het veld toegevoegd tussen Nummer in reeks en Jaar, analoog aan andere rubrieken. Laat maar weten of het naar tevredenheid werkt. Sarah-Ruth Succes met het toevoegen van de verzameling! 

DeBijzaak I've added the Country field to the Bookmarks section. It's an optional field, where you have to choose a value from a list (or add a new value to the list). I've added the field between the Series Number and Year fields, similar to the other sections. Let me know if it works for you. Sarah-Ruth Good luck adding the collection!

Land bij boekenleggers is inderdaad een goed idee.

Ik ben nu druk bezig met de tijdschriften en kranten. Binnenkort zal ik eens naar de boekenleggers gaan kijken.
Er is bij tijdschriften zoveel te doen, dat ik daar bijna niet aan toekom. Heel jammer.

Land at bookmarks is indeed a good idea.

I'm busy with the magazines and newspapers now. I'll take a look at the bookmarks soon.
There's so much to do with magazines that I hardly have time for it. It's a real shame.

Een veld "Land" toevoegen aan de rubriek Boekenleggers lijkt me nuttig.
Misschien dat de beheerder DeBijzaak behoefte heeft aan meerdere velden?

Adding a "Country" field to the Bookmarks section seems useful to me.
Maybe the admin DeBijzaak needs multiple fields?
