Dit is een vraag die ons al heel lang bezig houdt. Bijna 12 jaar geleden heb ik al eens een opmerking gemaakt over deze naamgeving, maar daar is blijkbaar nooit iets mee gedaan.
This is a question that has been occupying us for a very long time. Almost 12 years ago, I already made acomment about this naming convention, but apparently nothing was ever done about it.

Ik zou best wat meer willen weten over de herkomst van NLC, maar zo lang je niet met enige waarschijnlijkheid kunt zeggen wat het betekent zou je ook geen wilde gok moeten presenteren alsof het een feit is. Er staat al genoeg misinformatie op het internet.
En wat maakt het uiteindelijk uit? Bij ECI of EMI staat toch ook niet vermeld waar die letters voor staan?!
I would certainly like to know more about the origin of NLC, but as long as you cannot say with any probability what it means, you shouldn't present a wild guess as if it were a fact. There is already enough misinformation on the internet.
And what does it matter in the end? With ECI or EMI , it doesn't state what those letters stand for either, does it?!
Boekenmagazijn Maakt ook niet echt wat uit, we hanteren de naam (omschrijving) die momenteel gangbaar is. Denk ook dat jij het logo niet als dat van een leesclub ziet? En in dit geval heb ik alleen aangegeven dat ik nog steeds op zoek ben. En staat dat los van waar het hier eigenlijk omgaat! Dat reeksen niet goed gebruik kunnen worden! Een gemis in deze rubriek (platen cd etc)
