Ik ben op zoek naar de betekenis en eventuele waarde van een zilverstuk in de vorm van een panda met de logo's van WWF en Johnson Matthey op de achterkant.

Op eBay ben ik een gelijkaardig stuk tegengekomen maar dan in de vorm van een olifant. Volgens deze persoon is dit iets uiterst zeldzaam en werd dit gegeven als bedanking wegens sponsoring van de dieren. Verder vind ik hier niets over op het internet. Mijn oma heef deze panda een tijd geleden als geschenk toegekregen bij de aankoop van andere zilverstukken, dus niet wegens sponsoring.

On eBay I came across a similar piece but in the shape of an elephant. According to this person, this is something extremely rare and was given as a thank you for sponsoring the animals. I don't find anything else about this on the internet. My grandmother received this panda as a gift some time ago with the purchase of other silver pieces, not because of sponsorship.
