Omdat LD zeker bezig is met perfectionering van het catalogus systeem : bij boeken ( bij stripboeken iets minder) speelt nog het type boek met stofomslag. Wanneer het zeker is dat een boek is uitgegeven met een losse stofomslag, staat dat vermeld in de catalogus , veelal met scans of foto's waar dat duidelijk is. Echter in zowel verzameling als te koop aangeboden is dat niet zichtbaar. Bij shops is het niet eens verplicht een foto te zetten, dus voor kopers altijd zaak het na te vragen als de toelichting op het boek niets vermeldt. Het zou ideaal zijn als je kon aanvinken "wel of geen stofomslag" voor zowel verzameling als shop. Het is maar een idee...wellicht is het technisch niet eens mogelijk.

When it is certain that a book has been published with a loose dust jacket, this is stated in the catalog, often with scans or photos where this is clear. However, this is not visible in both collection and for sale. At shops it is not even mandatory to put a photo, so it is always a good idea for buyers to ask if the explanation of the book does not mention anything. It would be ideal if you could tick "with or without dust jacket" for both collection and shop. It's just an idea... maybe it's not even technically possible.
Harry56Begrijp ik je goed, dat indien een boek in de catalogus staat als type: "Gebonden boek met stofomslag", jij een aparte vink wilt kunnen zetten in je verzameling/shop als de boekomslag erbij zit?
Harry56Do I understand you correctly, that if a book is in the catalog as type: "Bound book with dust jacket", you want to be able to put a separate tick in your collection/shop if the book cover is included?

Ja je begrijpt me goed, dus gelukkig was ik duidelijk ...
Op zich is het al jaren geen probleem , want aan mijn eigen foto s en toelichting in shop als verzameling is het duidelijk dat het betreffende boek de oorspronkelijke stofomslag heeft of niet.
Ook bij het totaaloverzicht shop/verzameling type boek staat nu als voorbeeld dat ik 750 boeken te koop zou hebben met een stofomslag, echter daar zitten boeken bij waar de stofomslag ontbreekt.
