Here have 2 coins in silver with the text: ONE DOLLAR 1900 and one of 1897

standing man with shield and trident reverse various arabic or other characters

may it be placed in the UK list (some information I found).

I don't want it to end up in the wrong country.

Yes, this one belongs to Great Britain - it is a trade dollar that was minted for Asia.

Incidentally, the coin does not show a man - but a pretty busty Brittania.
