At the moment, additions to the shops are indeed not getting through to the marketplace. We are currently figuring out what is going on.

Removing items from my shop is also not going well

They remain visible in my shop

If you click on them it says that they are no longer for sale but they remain visible in my shop while I already deleted them yesterday (2x even)

Correct. Facing the same problem. Additions, changes and deletions in your shop are currently not processed in the marketplace and in your own shop. The data is not gone by the way. They are not yet visible in our search engine.

Update:

The current expectation is that the malfunction will be resolved by the end of the morning. I'll let you know if more is clear.

Problem is solved. All mutations are visible again in the shops and the marketplace. Please note: there is always some delay (max. 5 minutes) if you make a change in your shop before they are also visible in your own shop and marketplace.

Toen voor een tweede keer met bulkverwijderen de items uit mijn shop verwijderd en nu lukte het wel

Als het met items verwijderen uit de shop niet altijd lukt dan kan het voorkomen dat mensen items bestellen die al weg zijn en waarvan je dacht dat ze uit je shop verwijderd waren

After how long was that after the delete action? The jobs are scheduled so that the system cannot be overloaded in one go, which is why it sometimes takes a while.

I can see that 19:21 a batch has been processed, to 19:25 and 19:32. What I can also see is that there are multiple users. Once the batch has been processed, it will take a maximum of 5 minutes before the changes are visible in your shop and marketplace. I can also see that there are many other batches on offer and that can indeed cause a delay. After the weekend, I'll see what we can do to speed it up.
