Ik ben eigenlijk wel benieuwd hoeveel achtergrondpagina's er intussen zijn. Kan een programmeur niet simpel een overzichtspagina maken met alle links (per rubriek) ?!
Collectioneur 8185 pagina's in totaal is niet echt veel. Toch vind ik dat we niet moeten opgeven. Als de achtergrondpagina's zouden verdwijnen dan hebben de gebruikers bijvoorbeeld een excuus om (zeer) uitgebreide toelichtingen in het vak Bijzonderheden te zetten.
Zelf heb ik er een aantal gemaakt in de rubrieken Boeken en Platen/CD's, vooral om begrippen nader uit te leggen, bijvoorbeeld om het verschil tussen Single en EP uit te leggen. Dat vind ik heel prettig omdat ik dan ook de mij bekende informatie kan ordenen. Of m'n pagina's gelezen worden, weet ik niet, maar in discussies met gebruikers kan ik er naar verwijzen. Daarbij hebben een aantal rubrieken een achtergrondpagina nodig om structuur aan te brengen.
Bij de nieuwe layout is ook iets anders verdwenen. Voorheen werd vermeld hoeveel pagina's een gebruiker had vervaardigd, dat kan ik nu niet meer terugvinden.

If the background pages were to disappear, the users would have an excuse, for example, to put (very) extensive explanations in the Details box. to explain in more detail, for example to explain the difference between Single and EP. In the new layout, something else has also disappeared. Previously it was stated how many pages a user had created, I cannot find that anymore.
Ik was laatst op zoek naar een achtergrondpagina over de Boekenweek, waarvan ik overtuigd was dat die moest bestaan. Niet gevonden. Dat brengt mij terug bij mijn (onbeantwoorde) verzoek van 24 mei j.l. Het zou handig zijn als er ook een zoekfunctie was voor de achtergrondpagina's.
Er bestaat al iets wat erop lijkt. Als je achtergrondinfo wil toevoegen krijg je bovenaan dat formulier een link "Verwijs dit gebied naar ander gebied". Op de volgende pagina kun je dan zoeken naar bestaande achtergrondpagina's. Alleen lijkt die functie momenteel niet te werken (of ik begrijp de instructies verkeerd)...
I was recently looking for a background page about the Boekenweek, which I was convinced should exist. Not found. That brings me back to my (unanswered) request from May 24th It would be helpful if there was also a search function for the background pages.
Something similar already exists . If you want to add background info you will get a link at the top of that form "Refer this area to other area". On the next page you can then search for existing background pages. Only that function doesn't seem to work at the moment (or I misunderstand the instructions)...
Boekenmagazijn Je hebt nu bij Stickers gekeken en daar zijn geen achtergrondpagina's. Als je kijkt bij Boeken / Nederlands en je gaat dan naar Achtergrondpagina's dan krijg je in deze selectie dit te zien: De zoekfunctie onderaan werkt blijkbaar niet. Ook bovenstaand overzicht is verwarrend. Hier moet naar worden gekeken.

If you look at Books / Dutch and you go to Background pages, you will see this in this selection: The search function at the bottom doesn't seem to work. The overview above is also confusing. This should be looked at.
Ik had ook bij Boeken gezocht, vanuit de Soort Boekenweek, uiteraard.
Je screenshot toont alle achtergrondpagina's met het woord "Nederlands", in alle rubrieken. Zo hoort een zoekfunctie te werken, al zou je moeten kunnen zien op welke rubriek het betrekking heeft (want dat is niet altijd uit de tekst af te leiden).
I also searched for Books, from the Book Week Type, of course.
Your screenshot shows all background pages with the word "Dutch", in all sections. This is how a search function should work, although you should be able to see which category it refers to (because that cannot always be deduced from the text).
Nu wordt er niet gezocht in achtergrondpagina's. Was al een voorstel van mij enige tijd geleden. 1) De eenvoudige oplossing : de zoekbalk bovenaan elke rubriek zoekt standaard mee in achtergrondpagina's (maar dat is niet praktisch, dan krijg je waarschijnlijk veel te veel resultaten) 2) De ingewikkelde oplossing : gebruiker kan zelf aanduiden enkel velden/velden+bijzonderheden/alles en dan zoeken Er zijn de laatste maanden echter al zoveel vernieuwingen gebeurd dat deze waarschijnlijk ergens onderaan het lijstje staat.
Edit : Of nog mooier : 3 vinkjes velden, bijzonderheden, achtergrond (dan kan ik zelf bv het eerste afvinken en dus enkel zoeken in bijzonderheden en achtergrond)

Was already a proposal of mine some time ago. 1) The simple solution : the search bar at the top of each section searches background pages by default (but that is not practical, then you will probably get way too many results) 2) The complicated solution: user can indicate only fields/fields+details/everything and then search However, so many innovations have happened in recent months that they are probably somewhere at the bottom of the list.
Edit : Or even better : 3 checkmarks fields, details, background (then I can check the first one myself and therefore only search in details and background)
Vanmidddag wilde ik het bedrijf Louwers & de Groot - Zeelst (in de rubriek Speldjes) koppelen aan de achtergrondpagina van Wilhelm Tell (in de rubriek Sigarenbandjes). Dat lukte niet, omdat ik alleen suggesties kreeg voor gebieden waarvan de naam leek op "Louwers & de Groot - Zeelst". Daarna had ik aan die naam de naamvariant "Wilhelm Tell" toegevoegd en probeerde ik het nog eens. Als ik klik op Voeg achtergrond info toe, dan krijg ik nu deze melding:
Er is dus blijkbaar wél een koppeling gemaakt (vraag me niet hoe), maar die wordt niet getoond bij het betreffende bedrijf. Wat gaat hier mis?
This afternoon I wanted the company Louwers & de Groot - Zeelst (in the Pins section) link to the background page of Wilhelm Tell (in the section Cigar bands). That didn't work out, because I only got suggestions for areas whose name resembled "Louwers & de Groot - Zeelst". After that I had the name variant "Wilhelm" Tell" and tried again. When I click on Add background info, I now get this message :
Apparently a link has been made (don't ask me how), but it is not shown at the relevant company. What's going wrong here?
